A comprehensive and robust grain moisture meter.

The Protimeter Grainmaster 900E is a comprehensive microprocessor based grain moisture meter that is based on the Protimeter Grainmaster 900.

Key features include;

• The instrument is very simple to use. A sample of grain is ground into, and compressed in, the cell in one operation using the all-in-one Grinder/Compressor.
• Two Liquid Crystals Displays, one large to display % moisture content, one small to denote crop selected, cell temperature and other information.
• Ten crop calibrations pre programmed: Wheat, Barley, Oats, OSR, Peas, Beans, Maize, Rye, Linseed, Sunflower seed.
• Facility to add upto 40 additional calibrations via a PC.
• Automatic temperature correction.
• Integral Grinder Compressor unit.
• Self test facility, to check the electronic functionality of the meter.
• Calibration bias facility.
• Port for auxiliary temperature probes.

In addition the 900E has the following features;

• An ‘Averaging’ facility: records the average of up to 9measurements taken in succession.
• A ‘Memory’ facility: a memory with a capacity of 50 readings.
• Serial RS232 output connection, to download readings to a PC or serial printer. Output information includes: time, date, selected crop, sequential sample no., % mc, instrument cell temperature, temperature probe readings.
• Four quick access calibrations buttons.
